Terms and conditions

1. Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the event. For cancellations up to 7 days before the event, a cancellation fee of €100 per person applies. For cancellations less than 7 days before the event, a cancellation fee of €150 per person applies, plus any other costs already incurred (such as transport or accommodation of the trainers, if applicable).

2. Number of participants

The number of participants can be changed up to 14 days before the event. This final number will be invoiced. Everyone who completed the questionnaire receives an MBTI^® report, even if they did not attend the workshop. Participants who are absent from the workshop are entitled to a one-to-one online coaching session of 1.5 to 2 hours to discuss their MBTI^® type and insights.

3. Invoicing

The invoice is issued after the event and is payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Unpaid invoices automatically accrue late-payment interest of 10% per year from the due date until full payment, without prior notice of default, as well as a fixed compensation of 10% of the amount due, with a minimum of €50.

Any objection to the content or the electronic delivery of an invoice must be sent, with reasons, by registered letter within 8 days of receipt.

4. Course materials

Copying or further distributing course materials is not permitted without the explicit permission of HelloMonday. Duplicating, imitating or copying the details of game elements or other exercises used during the training is not permitted.

5. Legal entity and applicable law

HelloMonday is a brand of Studio Mondo BV, Mispelaarlaan 8, 2950 Kapellen, Belgium, VAT BE 0649 682 640. Only Belgian law applies to disputes.
