We found it very insightful and believe it will definitely help our collaboration, within the team and with other departments. The exercises and examples helped define our profiles, which isn't always evident when filling in the questionnaire. We all believe we should use it in our team meetings and 1-on-1s with our manager.

I was really impressed with the workshop! I have been to multiple and this was my favorite by far. I definitely understand MBTI much better now and it was a great experience!

At the end of our two-day event, MBTI came up as one of the most instructive and useful parts. Elin approached it differently from a previous trainer, so I learned a lot too. She clearly had deeper knowledge, more background and more examples.

I thoroughly enjoyed your workshop! The mix of exercises and theory was perfectly balanced, and the day went by so quickly. I learned an enormous amount, not only about me and what gives me energy but, most importantly, about my colleagues and how best to communicate with them.

It was very well prepared, interactive and insightful. We will reflect upon it and debrief as a team; we might also adapt our ways of working, taking into account our different profiles.

Elin facilitated our team awayday in an excellent manner. She managed to give us plenty of room to brainstorm while keeping discussions on time and goal-oriented. She also did a great job involving every team member, and afterwards summarising the main outcomes.

I found it extremely insightful and it will certainly help facilitate communication within our team.
