• Transaction data, such as quotes, invoices and payments
• Technical and usage data about how you use our website
• Your preferences for receiving communication from us

When you request a quote on this website

The details you enter in the quote form (name, work e-mail, organisation, phone number and information about your team and the workshop) are used only to answer your request and prepare a proposal.

Respondents to the MBTI^® questionnaire

• Identity data, such as name, title, role, gender, language and region
• Contact data, such as e-mail address
• The answers given in the MBTI^® questionnaire

The MBTI^® questionnaire is administered and processed, and the reports are generated, by The Myers-Briggs Company (formerly OPP). Their own privacy policy applies to that processing; you can find it on themyersbriggs.com.

Children

Our website and services are not intended to collect data about visitors younger than 16 without permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without that permission, contact us at info@hellomonday.be and we will delete it.

Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions based on automated processing that could have (significant) consequences for people.

How long we keep personal data

We do not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We apply a retention period of 3 years, unless the law requires us to keep data longer (for example invoices).

Sharing personal data with third parties

We only share data with third parties when this is necessary to carry out our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. This website is hosted by Wix, which also stores the quote requests on our behalf.

Cookies

This website uses only what is technically needed to show the pages and send the quote form. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies at any time.

Viewing, changing or deleting your data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw your consent, to object to the processing of your data and to data portability. Send your request to info@hellomonday.be. To make sure the request comes from you, we may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond as quickly as possible and within four weeks.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

How we protect personal data
